Dairy Free Peach Cobbler Smoothie!

Sometimes I just want dessert for breakfast. Ok, I said it.

Fortunately, this Peach Cobbler Smoothie recipe has me covered {without TOO much guilt} for when the sweet craving kicks in. I like to think that this is a healthy breakfast, but you tell me.

I am still blending like a mad woman with my new blendtec. You gotta try one out.

Here is the recipe:

Dairy Free Peach Cobbler Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Peach Nectar
  • 6 oz. Cashew Milk or alternative
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cardamon
  • Brown Sugar to taste (optional) I don't think it needs it.
  • 12 oz. Frozen Peaches

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to the blender in the order specified above.
  2. Blend for 40 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour, pop in a straw and enjoy!
